This class introduces students to the mind, body, spirit connection that is yoga. Foundational poses and breathwork are introduced and refined throughout the session. This is a great place for beginners to start, but also a wonderful place for students wanting a gentler yoga experience to call home.
This class is designed for the experienced practitioner who is ready to go deeper both physically and spiritually in their yoga journey. More advanced asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathwork) are introduced and refined throughout the session.
