My Yoga Story

Like many of you, I discovered yoga in an attempt to relieve my chronic low back pain.  It turns out I found more than just relief from my suffering in the yoga room; I found  joy and meaning in my life.  My body, mind, and spirit fell head over heels in love with this ancient practice and I was hooked.  Oh yeah, my back pain got better as well in the process.  I do still experience setbacks but my yoga practice is always there to hold me and to heal me. 

I feel the greatest honor to call myself a yoga teacher.  I truly believe that the world becomes a better place each time someone rolls out their yoga mat, steps onto it, and then breathes.  

Breathe In Breath Out.  Repeat.
